Anonymous: "Lucy is The Master's Rose"? Maybe I'm going too far into it, but didn't The Master manipulate, control, and even physically abuse Lucy? I don't see The Doctor and Rose's relationship that way at all. Personally, I'm not sure I could ship that kind of relationship myself.

Clearly, Anon my bb, I didn’t mean they’re EXACTLY EQUIVALENT. I meant that Lucy is the Master’s love interest as Rose was the Doctor’s. The difference is that the Master didn’t truly love Lucy (though I think he did loved her just a little, in his own twisted way) and, of course, he treated her badly. Either way, you can’t ship it, but I can. We don’t have to agree.
